Zone Friendly Oatmeal Breakfast (5 block)
Ingredients:
1/3 cup steel cut oats
1 cup water
1/2 cup protein powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 apple
1/4 cup half-and-half
Directions:
1. Put Water and oatmeal in a large bowl.
2. Microwave for 8 minutes.
3. Stir in protein powder and cinnamon.
4. Cut up apple and add to Oatmeal or eat with oatmeal.
5. Serve with Coffee and Cream for fat blocks.
