Ingredients:
1/2 cup steamed carrots
1/2 cup steamed zucchini
1/2 cup steamed squash
1/2 cup potatoes
1/2 cup steamed broccoli
1/2 cup steamed spinach
1/2 cup steamed tomatos
1/8 cup cilantro
1/2 cup sliced steamed mushrooms
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. steam all vegetables, starting with potatos, broccoli, carrots
2. sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper
