Steamed Shrimp With Soy-Ginger Sauce

Yeah That's Right, There's Beer In It!
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled (medium or large)
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 (12 ounce) can beer
Directions:
1. Mix tarragon, salt, celery seed and cayenne in small bowl.
2. Place shrimp in a Zip N Steam Bag. Sprinkle with seasonings.
3. Add beer to bag. Steam until shrimp are done, about 5 minutes. Serve with sauce for dipping.
4. Soy-Ginger Sauce.
5. In small bowl, combine oil, soy sauce, onion and ginger.
