Ingredients:
1 cup(s) white long grain rice (walmart brand is what i use)
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 teaspoon(s) onion powder
pinch(s) black pepper
2 teaspoon(s) butter optional
olive oil swirl
1 slice(s) green pepper 2 finger thick
Directions:
1. Wash rice until water runs clear
2. Put in saucepan until it starts to boil
3. Once boiling cover with tight lid and reduce to low or simmer
4. Cook for 25-27 minutes. Do NOT open lid
5. Once done open lid remove pepper and fluff with fork
6. Enjoy!!
