Steamed Green Beans in the Buff

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups green beans
  • 1 1/4 cups water

Directions:

  1. Fill 2 quart pot (medium size) with water, so it is just below metal steamer basket.
  2. Bring water to boil.
  3. Place green beans, with tips trimmed off, into steamer basket.
  4. Cover with lid and steam for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Drain water and enjoy!
