One of my favourite dishes that my grandma used to cook for me. Taste good with rice.
Ingredients:
50 g ground pork
2 eggs
2 bean curd, chopped
1 stalk spring onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch pepper
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs lightly.
2. Add in all the ingredients and mix well.
3. Pour the mixture into a dish.
4. Steam until the mixture is set.
