Steamed Carrots in the Buff

This “in the buff” recipe won’t compete with seasoning of other items on your menu.
Ingredients:
1 lb carrot
1 1/4 cups water
Directions:
1. Peel and slice carrots into coins.
2. Fill 2 quart pot (medium size) with water, so it is just below metal steamer basket.
3. Bring water to boil.
4. Place cut carrot coins into steamer basket.
5. Cover with lid and steam for 8 to 12 minutes.
6. Drain water and enjoy!
