Ingredients:
1 -2 head broccoli
3/4 cup creamy soy nut butter or 3/4 cup creamy almond butter
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons braggs liquid aminos, amino acid
2 tablespoons dark molasses
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Separate florets from the stem and steam until preferred texture is reached. Heat soy nut butter and orange juice in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until well blended and smooth. Add remaining ingredients, whisking fequently. Bring to a gentle boil for 1 or 2 minutes. Serve immediatly.
