I love steak with sauces and this sounds like a good Steak Diane.
Ingredients:
4 filet of beef (1/4 inch thick)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon onion, grated (finely minced)
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Fry the steaks in the butter and oil for 1-2 minutes on each side.
2. Remove them (keeping them hot) and add the Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice to the juices in the pan. Stir well and warm through;
3. Add the onion and parsley and cook gently for 1 minute.
4. Serve the sauce spooned over the steaks.
