Stay Skinny Stuffed Mushrooms

These are just a lighter version of an old favorite.
Ingredients:
1 pound whole mushrooms
3 tablespoons italian seasoned breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons light sour cream
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
2 tablesponns grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons dried chives
1-2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2-3 drops hot sauce, optional
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. spray baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray.
3. Remove stems fron mushrooms and chop fine.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped stems, breadcrumbs, sour cream, mayo, parmesan cheese, chives, garlic and hot sauce; mix well.
5. Evenly fill each mushroom cap with stuffing mixture. Place in baking dish and spray each with butter flavored cooking spray.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
7. Remove foil and bake an additional 25-30 minutes, until slightly golden.
8. Enjoy!
