A basic recipe, tastes JUST like starbucks... delicious, light, 90 calories if you use the sugar substitute, but only 135 if you use regular sugar. Why spend money?
Ingredients:
1/2 cup brewed espresso (dark, chilled) or 1/2 cup brewed coffee (dark, chilled)
1 tablespoon sugar or 1 tablespoon sugar substitute
1/2 cup skim milk (light milk is possible)
1 1/2 cups ice
Directions:
1. Blend in a blender.
2. Pour into glass, Enjoy!
