Ingredients:
2 -3 ribs, buy 1 st two ribs
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon thyme
kosher salt or salt
ground pepper
1 tablespoon lea & perrin worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic
Directions:
1.
Mix seasoning thoroughtly.
2.
Mix sauce mixture thoroughly.
3.
Rub sauce mixture on roast and then pat on seasoning mixture.
4.
Bake roast for 4 to 5 hoursx at 200 or 250 degrees.
5.
Use meat thermometer.
6.
Medium rare.
