St Lucia Banana Cake

This cake conjures up the taste of the Caribbean .That's how they described it on 101 cakes&bakes from GoodFood magazine,from where I got the recipe.I made some additions and it was really great.
Ingredients:
350 grams self raising flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 tsp mixed spice (i used 1tsp ginger + 1 tsp nutmeg)
175 grams light brown sugar
4 eggs
200ml sunflower oil
2 bananas, mashed
100 grams pineapple, very finely chopped
finely grated rind and juice of 1 orange
100 grams walnuts, roughly chopped.

2 (200grams) medium fat soft cheese, at room temperature.
50 grams butter, softened
200 grams icing sugar.
3 medium bananas.
2 tbsp caster sugar.
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F.Butter and line two 20 cm cake pans. Sift flour in a large bowl
