Sri Lankan Potatoes

Ingredients:
6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 onions, sliced
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon coarse pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 dash cinnamon (optional)
1 dash paprika (for color)
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes for 15 minutes or until slightly tender.
2. Fry onions in skillet in oil until golden brown. Add potatoes and seasonings.
3. Stir for a few minutes to lightly brown potatoes.
