Squid Salad

This salad is crunchy , very ez to make , healthy and refreshing too .
Ingredients:
500 g squid , inside parts removed , cleaned and cut into rings
50 g snow peas , cut into half
1 carrot and 1 cucumber , strips
100 g beans sprouts
dressing ( whisk )
2 tbsp lime juice , sesame oil , sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic , chopped
pinch of salt and red chillie flakes
garnish
sprigs of chinese parsley
Directions:
1. Cook the squid in water for a min and drain .
2. Toss with dressing until well coated and set aside for 30 mins .
3. Boil snow peas and carrot for 1 min in water .
4. Drain and rinse in running water for a min .
5. Mix everything in a bowl and garnish .
