Squash and Chicken Jambalaya

Ingredients:
3 cups summer squash
1 1/2 cups white rice
2 cups chicken
4 medium red potatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 small white onion
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup balsamic vinegar
4 tbsp rosemary
Directions:
1. put all ingredients, chopped to your liking into slow cooker, add 1 to 2 cups of water and fresh rosemary clippings and leave on high for 4 hours
2. place into glass casserole dish and place parmesan cheese on top, bake at 275 for 25 minutes
3. serve
