Delicious raw sprouted salad. This has been one of my favourite salads for a long time. Great with mixed salad leaves, avocado and in pitta with hummus. Mmmm.. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup mixed sprouts (sprouted mung, soya ect)
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
2 tspns ginger (finely chopped)
1 medium spanish onion (finely chopped)
3 carrots grated
1/2-1 block of smoked tofu, cubed
1 apple (granny smith or other crispy sharp variety) cut into small cubes
juice of a lemon
olive or hemp oil (optional)
pumpkin seeds (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix it all together!
