Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup bean sprouts, chopped
1/4 cup water chestnut, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped finely
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper
2 teaspoons soy sauce
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Shape into 4 large patties.
3. Broil or barbecue to preferred doneness.
