Light yet filling dinner for the SlenderizeYOU diet plan phase one.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup mushroom, sliced
2 teaspoons red onions, minced
3/4 cup peas, frozen and thawed
1 teaspoon butter
3 eggs
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Saute mushrooms and onions, when soft, add peas. Add eggs, scramble on low heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
