This traditional, tasty drink has 200 fewer calories than a margarita. Olé!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups red or white wine
3/4 cup orange juice (no pulp)
1/3 cup triple sec
1/3 cup apricot brandy
1/3 cup sprite
1 apple, cored and diced
1 cup red or green (or mixed) grapes
1/2 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
4-5 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher. Stir with a wooden spoon and serve.
2. Nutritional analysis per serving: 285 calories, 0.2 g fat (0.1 g saturated), 35 g carbs, 1.5 g fiber, 1 g protein
