Courtesy of Cuisine at Home. I see alot of the Green Goddess dips on here but this one stood out because of all the fresh herbs.
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 cup scallion, chopped
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh dill
2 teaspoons fresh tarragon
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
white pepper
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Chill atleast 1 hour before serving.
3. May be made up to 2 days in advance.
