Spring Salad With Lemon & Sumac Dressing

This is a great tangy salad, very colourful and tasty
Ingredients:
10 cups spring mixed salad greens
1/2 cup sliced olive
1 large red onion, sliced
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
mushroom, drained
1 cup dry chow mein noodles
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon ground sumac
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon olive juice
1 tablespoon feta cheese, juice
Directions:
1. In a large salad bowl, mix all Salad ingredients, except Dry Chow Mien Noodles and Parmesan Cheese.
2. In a glass Mason Jar mix all salad dressing ingredients.
3. Shake well.
4. Poor dressing over salad, lightly coating.
5. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over salad, lightly coating.
6. Toss salad.
7. Top with Chow Mien Noodles.
8. Serve immediately.
