Spring Salad With Fresh Fruits And Walnuts

This is A Delicious Guilt-Free Salad...and There's Enough to Share with A Friend or Two!!!
Ingredients:
1 bag spring salad mix (baby salad greens) or pick your veggies fresh, from a farmers market (which i prefer)
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
6 fresh strawberries sliced longways
1 fresh navel orange sectioned
1/2 cup of red grapes sliced in half
1/4 cup of fresh blueberries
toss together in a medium sized salad bowl...with
dressing ingredients
1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon minced red bell pepper
1 tablespoon chopped basil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crumbled
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions:
1. In a Jar with a Tight-Fitting Lid, Combine All of the Ingredients
2. Cover and Shake Well
3. Use Immediately or Refrigerate Overnight
4. Shake Again Before Serving
