I have not tried this recipe. The recipe is from Cornell Cooperative Extension. This has all the benefits of a sports drink, and is less expensive. You can use lemon juice for the orange juice.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
7 1/2 ounces cold water
Directions:
1. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt in a tablespoon of orange juice concentrate.
2. Add 7.5oz of cold water.
3. Mix and drink.
