After a heavy meal I would rather opt for fresh fruits . Then again why not have my cake too .
Ingredients:
4 sponge cake wedges
8 korean strawberries , glazed
6 tbsp wild strawberry conserves or jam mixed with 4 strawberreis cubed
Directions:
1. Microwave the jam .
2. Place a wedge of cake on a serving plate .
3. Drizzle with warm jam generously .
4. Top it of with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream .
