Splendid Raw Tomato Soup Recipe

A cool or hot soup full of vitamins for a summer evening or winter lunch
Ingredients:
·1 cup grated carrots
·2 cups water or vegetable broth
·1/2 med onion, chopped fine
·2 large cans tomatoes, chopped into quarters
·or use 12 fresh tomatoes, seeded and chopped
·1/2 clove garlic, crushed and chopped
·1 tsp cumin or any dried herb/spice (just one, though)
·1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
·salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. ·Chop tomatoes roughly. Season and drain well
2. ·Pulse everything but tomatoes to your selected texture in food processor.
3. ·Mix with tomatoes. Taste and season.
4. ·Serve cold or heat gently
