Splenda Spice Cookies

A low sugar/low fat version of traditional holiday spice cookies.
Ingredients:
3 egg beaters egg substitute
1 cup splenda brown sugar blend, packed
3/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend, packed
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
1. Beat eggs in a mixing bowl.
2. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, allspice and pepper.
3. Combine baking soda, flour and salt in a seperate bowl. Gradually add to the sugar mixture.
4. Drop tablespoon size portions on a lightly greased baking sheet 2 inches apart.
5. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until the surface begins to crack.
6. Cool on wire racks.
