2 ingredient glaze to make a ham special. Spiral sliced hams are the super easy way to put this traditional Easter favorite on the menu and perfect for a buffet. They even come with heating instructions and serving directions. I found this recipe in Woman's Day magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
12 ounces orange marmalade
3 tablespoons dijon mustard
7 -8 lbs fully cooked spiral sliced bone-in half ham (shank or butt)
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 325. You'll need a roasting pan lined with nontick foil.
2. Mix marmalde and mustard in a small bowl.
3. Place ham in roasting pan. Brush on some of the glaze. Cover loosely with nonstick foil and bake according to package directions, brushing on more glaze halfway through baking time.
4. Serve ham with remaining glaze to drizzle over slices.
