1 1/2 pound of fresh spinache (i prefer baby, more tender) |
4 eggs boiled and chopped |
1 can sliced water chestnuts |
1 pound bacon cut in 1 squares fried and drained |
dressing |
1 cup of vegie oil |
1/2 cup of ketchup |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 large bunch of green onions(use whole onion, cut off root) |
1/3 to 1/2 red wine vinegar(this is the tange, you decide how tangy) |
give dressing a couple hours for sugar to dissolve at room temp |
