Spinach With Sesame and Miso

Ingredients:
2 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons light miso
1/2 teaspoon sugar
10 ounces fresh spinach
1 tablespoon peanut oil
Directions:
1. crush the sesame seeds in a blender or with mortar and pestle. Mix with the miso and sugar.
2. Wash the spinach and drain well.
3. Heat a wok or frying pan and add the oil. Stir fry the spinach until it collapses.
4. Remove from the wok. Stir in the miso and sesame paste. Serve hot or cold.
