Spinach With Sesame and Miso

Ingredients:
2 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons light miso
1/2 teaspoon sugar
3/4 lb fresh spinach
1 tablespoon peanut oil
Directions:
1. Crush the sesame seeds with a mortar and pestle. Combine with the miso and sugar.
2. Wash the spinach and drain well.
3. heat a frying pan and add the oil.
4. Stir fry the spinach just until it collapses. Remove from heat. Stir in the miso and sesame.
