2 tablespoons melted butter
1 1/4 cups half-and-half
salt and pepper
grated parmesan cheese

2. Put in water and steam.
3. Do not overcook until soft and mushy.
4. Remove from heat and cool.

6. Saute spinach in butter.
7. Add half and half and cook until fairly dry.
8. Season with salt and pepper.
9. Fill onions with spinach mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
10. Bake in a greased shallow pan at 350 degrees until onions are thoroughly heated, about 15-20 minutes.
