Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

10 oz of portabella mushrooms is about 4 large mushroom caps
Ingredients:
10 oz portabella mushrooms
2 cups frozen spinach
1/3 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven 450'F
2. Clean out mushroom cap with spoon, discard scraps
3. mix frozen spinach , cheeses, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste
4. spray cookie sheet with olive oil cooking spray
5. generously spread filling over caps
6. Spray tops with cooking spray and lightly salt again
7. cook for 15 minutes
8. let cook for about 5 before serving
