Spinach-Sesame Salad

Ingredients:
1/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tblps. wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 cups spinach, torn and packed (1/2 lb.)
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
Directions:
1. Mix oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and seasonings. Pour over spinach. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and egg. Toss lightly and serve at once.
