Spinach Sausage Soup

Quick and easy. Freezes well.
Ingredients:
1 lb bulk italian sausage
4 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
8 red potatoes, quartered and thinly siced
1 envelope italian salad dressing mix
2 -3 cups fresh spinach
Directions:
1. Brown the sausage in a skillet, over medium heat; drain well.
2. In a large soup pot, add the broth, potatoes, and salad dressing mix; stir well.
3. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
4. Add in the sausage and spinach.
5. Cook until well heated.
