Spinach Salad With Pesto Dressing |

This recipe is so good with the Dria's pesto recipe from my page Ingredients:
2 lbs fresh spinach, washed |
1 lb fresh kale, washed |
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced |
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled |
1 cup roquefort cheese, crumbled |
1 cup dried cranberries |
1 small red onion, diced |
1 cup chopped toasted pecans |
1 1/2 cups prepared pesto sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix everything but pesto in a salad bowl.
2. top with pesto.
