Spinach Salad With Hot Sesame Dressing

A warm sesame and soy dressing brings out the fresh flavors of spinach and other garden treasures in this deliciously different salad!! Mix spinach leaves with sliced mushrooms, bean sprouts and thinly sliced red onion. Toss with sesame dressing and serve.
Ingredients:
340 g spinach, rinsed, drained, torn into bite-sized pieces
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup bean sprouts
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
2 teaspoons canola oil
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1/4 cup canola oil
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Toss spinach, mushrooms, bean sprouts and onion in large salad bowl.
2. Heat 2 teaspoons canola oil in small skillet. Add sesame seeds. Cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Pour over salad. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
