Spinach Salad Simplified

Salad doesn't have to be a lot of chopping. If you select greens such as thoroughly washed baby spinach that is ready to toss and combine it with some sliced and cleaned mushrooms then your salad making process is virtually half way done. Remember to slip in as many different types of nutrients as possible as you try to eat a rainbow a day. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
6 cups baby spinach
4 tomatoes (roma)
8 ounces mushrooms
1 cucumber
1 yellow zucchini
2 carrots
12 black olives
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons italian dressing (tuscan house)
Directions:
1. In large bowl toss spinach and mushrooms. Slice the cucumber, zucchini, tomatoes and olives. Shred the carrot. Toss everything together with two tablespoons of Kraft Tuscan House Italian Dressing. Serve with lasagna. Enjoy!
