Ingredients:
1 (10-ounce) package fresh spinach
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion, separated into rings
1 (8-ounce) package presliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
Directions:
1. Tear spinach into bite-size pieces, and place in a large bowl. Add onion and mushrooms; set aside. Combine sesame seeds and next 7 ingredients (sesame seeds through garlic) in a jar. Cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Pour over salad; toss well.
