Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup orange juice
1 (650 g) container non-fat strawberry yogurt
8 baby carrots
1/2 cup fresh spinach
2 teaspoons flax seed oil
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (any brand)
1/4 cup oatmeal (dry)
ice cube
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
