Ingredients:
2 cup(s) quinoa cooked
1 container(s) spinach
1 whole(s) apple sliced
4 whole(s) dates sliced
3 whole(s) radishes sliced
4 slice(s) sweet onion sliced
4 slice(s) crispy nitrate free bacon crumbled
1 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard
1/4 cup(s) apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup(s) walnut oil
2 tablespoon(s) raw honey
1 teaspoon(s) salt & pepper
1 piece(s) wild tuna steak
Directions:
1. Salt and pepper the tuna steak heavily to your taste
2. Place all veggies, apple, dates and bacon in large salad bowl
3. Add cooked and cooled quinoa
4. Put mustard, vinegar, oil, honey and s&p in jar and shake vigorously
5. Grill tuna depending on weight and doneness you like
6. Dress you salad and toss well
7. Top you salad with your tuna
