This salad is a Weight Watchers recipe I made for a friend when she came to dinner who was on WW and she loved it...so did we and now its on our regular menu... Whats also nice is that you can add to it without affecting the points value. Read more ...mushrooms are good on this too. We love it!! *not my pic
Ingredients:
2 tbsp thawed orange juice concentrate, undiluted
3 tbsp fat free mayonnaise....i use my homemade even though its not fat free.if you use regular mayo it will change the point value i think.

2 pears , thinly sliced
1/4 c coarsely chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Combine the 1st 3 ingredients and whisk together,
2. Divide all the spinach among the plates and arrange pear slices over top, add pecans. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
