Ingredients:
16 oz egg beaters
1 cup 2% milk
2 ounces swiss cheese
1 cup frozen spinach
1/2 mushrooms
Directions:
1. Mix egg beaters and milk. Add in spinach and mushrooms. Pour into coated dish, spinkled with cheese. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes.
