Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) basil (or 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
1 to 2 cup(s) chopped fresh spinach
4 clove(s) garlic, minced
1/3 cup(s) parmesan cheese, optional
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
1/2 cup(s) vegetable stock
12 ounce(s) whole wheat linguini
Directions:
1. Saute garlic in stock in large saucepan over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add spinach, basil and pepper. Cook over low until heated through. remove from heat. Mix the ingredients together. Serve warm.
