Spinach in Garlic Sauce With Lemon

An authentic chinese dish in an easy preparation
Ingredients:
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 teaspoon gingerroot, chopped
500 g spinach
180 g shiitake mushrooms
1/2 lemon juice
3 teaspoons all-purpose flour
180 g firm tofu
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon canola oil
Directions:
1. In a wok, fry the garlic together with the ginger for 1 minute
2. Prepare the mixture by combining 3/4 cup water, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, 1/2 lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoons salt and 3 teaspoons all-purpose flour
3. Add the spinach and stir-fry for 1 minute then add the mixture
4. Add the sliced Shiitake Mushrooms and simmer for 1 minute.
5. Add the diced Firm Tofu.
