Spinach-Ham Dip

Serve this dip warm or cold with raw vegetables and breadsticks.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1 (8-ounce) block 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
1 (8-ounce) carton plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/4 cups diced ham (about 6 ounces)
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimento, drained
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°.
2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl, and beat at medium speed of a mixer until smooth. Stir in ham, spinach, and pimento. Spoon the mixture into a 1-quart baking dish, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
