Breakfast scramble, can lose the butter to cut down fat.
Ingredients:
6 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup onion
5 ounce fresh spinach
1 tomato
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and whites thoroughly in a bowl.
2. Melt butter in pan.
3. Add spinach and onion and cook until all spinach is wilted. Add tomato and eggs and stir frequently until firm.
