This is soooo good and very cheap and easy! I often make it with all low-fat ingredients and it turns out the same as the original recipe. Use the jarred garlic also - I promise it makes it! (note: make sure to drain the spinach, I wrap mine in a paper towel and squeeze it over the sink)
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 tablespoons garlic (jarred)
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 (10 ounce) container frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
1 (6 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms
shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Season the beef with salt and pepper and brown in a saucepan.
2. Drain the meat and return it to the pan.
3. Add the remaining ingredients through the mushrooms and combine.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Spread into a casserole dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
6. Cover casserole with mozzarella cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
7. Enjoy!
