Spinach Cheese Casserole

If your family is like mine and refuses to eat cooked spinach, make it like this and you won't miss!!
Ingredients:
20 ounces frozen spinach, thawed, drained and chopped
1 large egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (15 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 -2 cup crouton
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Squeeze all fluid from spinach.
3. Combine spinach with rest of the ingredients (except croutons) in 9x11 casserole/baking dish.
4. Top with croutons and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
