Ingredients:
1 package frozen chopped spinach
32 ounces creamed corn
3 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
1-1/2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons paprika
Directions:
1. Place defrosted and drained spinach in a casserole dish then mix in canned creamed corn.
2. Pour beaten egg and milk over spinach mixture.
3. Push egg mixture into spinach and corn mixture until all the egg has disappeared from the top.
4. Dot with butter then sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
